Who am I?
Dr Natalie Hoff (Fuerst), PT, DPT, Cert MDT is a board-certified physical therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. She treats patients at the Diamond Headache Inpatient Unit at Ascension St Joseph Chicago & at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic. Dr Hoff is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through a series of post-doctorate coursework and a rigorous exam process. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of low back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, and hip pain. Dr Hoff received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 2015. In addition to her MDT training, Dr Hoff is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who utilizes poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), and other fundamental pillars of yoga (such as mindfulness and meditation) to rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and improve the overall wellness of her patients. She strives to bridge the gap of knowledge about the benefits of yoga, and to make yoga more accessible for all.
